The equipment called Rotary Axis for dot peen Marking machines, designed for marking circular workpieces circumferentially in different weight and/or volume and we can do revisions on capacity and automation of the rotary axes in accordance with the customer's wishes and needs. Typically, a rotary axis is built up as optional equipment for marking long pipes, barrels, and the other workpieces such as shafts. We mainly use pneumatic and mechanical 60, 80, 100, 120, 150mm chucks in our rotary axes. However, in some cases, we also integrate our custom made pneumatic chucks with an axial hole that enables the operator to put through long pipes and barrels and mark them in the middle sections. We do make all the preliminary preparations in our Dot Peen Marking Machines that all the rotary axes built in our premises can be easily integrated to.
